Chicago Regional Roundtable Covers Critical Issues

CIHLER member Jones Day hosted the spring semester Chicago Regional Roundtable, which brought together some 20 representatives of management and labor, including vice presidents, owners, and corporate counsel. Participants examined key topics in industry labor relations, including the 2016 changes in overtime rules, the EEOC’s new digital charge processing system, issues relating to NLRB’s joint employer ruling, and compliance issues related to background checks and restrictions on the use of criminal history in the hiring process.
