Our fellows are world-class business leaders whose experience and expertise reflect EMC²’s vision to be the premier institute for emerging markets worldwide. Through immersive teaching and mentorship, high-impact research, and dynamic collaboration, they bring C-suite perspectives to classroom engagements and address some of the most challenging issues facing today’s complex and interconnected world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program’s ambitious scope spans industries, cultures, and emerging markets, reflecting a commitment to transformative thought leadership and the cultivation of the next generations business leaders. It centers on four key arenas—consulting, corporate, finance, and technology—each chosen for its strong relevance to our students’ general career trajectories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fellows dedicate their time to be present on campus and online to coach and inspire students and the Johnson School community, forging powerful connections between students, academia, and the global business world. With an unwavering aspiration for leadership and recognition, the Global Leadership Program attempts to redefine what it means to lead and create impact on a truly global scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
