We are looking to enhance the Center’s brand and wider social media presence. Interns will work in a team to increase outreach within the Cornell community and beyond. They will help maintain the social media accounts by designing posts and brainstorming new series to feature on our pages. Moreover, interns will help write blog posts covering events and conferences the center participates in, as well as edit videos and interviews for our YouTube channel. That provides a great opportunity for undergraduates interested in marketing to be part of the center’s growth as we move into the next decade.<\/p>\n

Position overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop a strategy to maximize outreach within the Cornell community and beyond.<\/li>\n

Maintain social media pages by designing and publishing new posts in Canva and Adobe, and by brainstorming\/implementing new ideas.<\/li>\n

Edit videos with CapCut or iMovie for social media pages, and edit interviews for our YouTube channel.<\/li>\n

Write blog posts covering events\/conferences the center partakes in, to be ultimately featured on the center’s website.<\/li>\n

Update the center and conference websites.<\/li>\n

Follow up on the case and the pitch competition marketing\/logistics.<\/li>\n

Help organize the annual conference.<\/li>\n
Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Complete assigned tasks on time.<\/li>\n

Attend and present work at weekly meetings.<\/li>\n

Attend mandatory training sessions and workshops.<\/li>\n

Provide insights to build upon and improve the center’s research and outreach programs.<\/li>\n

Contribute to the center’s goal of creating a more cohesive brand and wider presence on Cornell’s campus and beyond.<\/li>\n
