This year is the marks 10 years of the Cañizares Center for Emerging Markets Corning Case Competition. We <\/strong>will continue our mission: tackling real-world questions that businesses and managers face today in relation to Emerging Markets. As the role of Emerging Multinationals grows, this competition challenges participants to develop innovative, win-win solutions for companies navigating this evolving landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n

There is no registration fee<\/strong> for participants.<\/p>\n

Travel compensation provided for finalist upon request.<\/p>\n

Round 1 notification
\n<\/strong>Team registration applications will be reviewed after the close of registration. The case will be distributed via email.<\/p>\n

Case distribution<\/strong>
\nTeams have seven days<\/u><\/strong> to work on the case. Teams cannot contact the company in the case, or anyone directly affiliated with the case. Submission details will be provided in the email.<\/p>\n

Submission deadline<\/strong>
\nThe deadline is September 17, 2026<\/strong>. Late submissions will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/details>\n

  1. Team participants must be from MBA and other master level OR undergraduate programs.<\/li>\n
  2. Each team must<\/u> <\/strong>have a faculty advisor who will serve as the primary point of contact for the Committee. The faculty advisor’s name and contact information must be provided in the application. Teams are also allowed to have an advisor and the faculty advisor may also serve that purpose. Ensure you include both the faculty advisor and separate advisor, if relevant, name and position in your case submission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
