A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University\u2019s College of Business, Rogers holds a PhD from Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM\u2010SCP), by the Society for Human Resource Management. He comes to Cornell from New Mexico State University and has also been a visiting professor at Universidad de La Salle, Bogot\u00e1, Colombia. His areas of research include Unions and labor\u2010management relations (especially in aviation and higher education), workplace diversity, and employment discrimination, and volunteerism. Boone is a graduate of Cornell University and holds an PhD in economics from Columbia University, where he taught during his doctoral studies. His research fields include labor economics, development economics, and economic history.
