He has a BS from Tsinghua University and an MS in operation research from Duke University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UnionPayAdvisors:<\/strong>&nbsp;China UnionPay(\u4e2d\u56fd\u94f6\u8054) is the only domestic bank card organization in China. Established in 2002, it is the second-largest payment network by value of transactions processed in the world, behind Visa.
