Project:<\/strong> The municipal recycling landscape is complicated with different types of systems, models, and funding mechanisms \u2014 some of which are more successful than others. Each recycling environment requires a different mix of investment types. Closed Loop Fund wanted to refine and substantiate its understanding of this landscape to clarify the investment opportunities present across different recycling environments.
