Students in the senior-level class on labor relations developed and conducted an industry roundtable addressing issues relating to labor and management relations in the hospitality industry. With CIHLER’s support, Cornell students in the Labor Relations in the Hospitality Industry class invited labor union and management representatives for the roundtable, which also included faculty experts. The course, HA4810/ILR4060, is jointly taught by the School of Hotel Administration and School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
