Jaclyn Riley is Director of Hospitality Marketing for the investment management firm CGI Merchant Group, where she is overseeing the launch of a sustainable, socially conscious hospitality brand. She has more than 15 years of global hospitality marketing experience, including elevating a portfolio of 12 brands for Karisma Hotels & Resorts across the U.S., Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean and launching Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a luxury brand in Europe.

Riley also has deep experience in communications, including the establishment of global corporate communications structures for Karisma and Kimpton in addition to experience supporting start-ups and growth ventures through a PR/branding/marketing agency that earned 9 top industry awards in 4 years.

She sits on the board of the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, holds an MBA in international business from George Washington University and competes as an amateur race car driver.
