Join the Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) for a virtual demonstration of the new STR/CoStar Suite on October 30, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. This session will provide an in-depth look at the new CoStar product, recognized as the world’s largest online source of hotel and real estate data.
This virtual session will be a comprehensive demo of the new CoStar product, the world’s largest online source of hotel (and real estate) data. STR data has been thoroughly integrated and all STR customers have been (or will shortly be) using the CoStar product to analyze their own property and industry metrics. This state-of-the-art program provides professors and students access to volumes of international hotel property and performance data just like industry professionals. The CoStar product is a “game-changer” when it comes to hospitality education and research.
During this demo, you will discover:
- How to access comprehensive hotel performance, census, economic, and demographic data, and property photos from around the globe.
- The advanced capabilities of the CoStar Suite in data analysis, benchmarking, and strategic decision-making.
