CIHLER: HA4810/ILR4060 Arbitration Class Trip

With support from The Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations, (CIHLER) students from the Cornell Nolan School and ILR School will travel to New York City to observe an actual arbitration hearing. An understanding of the arbitration process is important for students as alternative dispute resolutions is becoming increasingly popular due to its efficiency, flexibility, and low costs in resolving disputes between labor and management.
