Dan Leyva, a 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 – Food & Drink Honoree, has led the growth and expansion of numerous companies over the last 10 years, including Wings Over, 7th Street Burger, Tacombi, Ithaca Hummus, MealPal, and more.

Originally from San Francisco, CA, Dan is a first-generation graduate from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell in 2014.

Dan is an active entrepreneur investing in Omsom, Nguyen Coffee, Alaskan Salmon Company, CapatainAI, Lunchbox, and more!

Dan is passionate about growing the hospitality community and has launched the Smileable Eating Club to connect individuals pushing the boundaries of the industry, as well as has lectured at Cornell, and is an active Entrepreneur in Residence.
