Guest Speakers Enhance Students’ Education

During the spring 2015 semester, CREF introduced an informal brown bag lunch series that allowed students to meet personally with industry leaders in a casual setting. The presenters shared their career experience and answered students’ questions. Our brown bag guests were:

Jonathan Korr ’09, Fulcrum Hospitality;
Chuck Rosenzweig ’85, JD ’88, Criterion Real Estate Capital; and
David Jubitz ’04, Clearview Hotel Capital.

In addition, on April 30, CREF welcomed Raymond Martz ’93, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. In an intimate setting, Martz met with half a dozen students who were eager to learn more about a financial career path.

We appreciate all of our guests taking the time to return to campus and speak with our students. CREF would not be able to offer such great experiences to our students without the school’s amazing alumni network.
