…who won first place at the Cornell CUHK Regional Real Estate Competition, Asia hosted by the Center for Real Estate and Finance at Cornell University and the Center for Hospitality and Real Estate Research at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on October 8, 2018 in Hong Kong.  The competition represented undergraduate student teams from leading universities throughout Asia. Student teams were presented with a real estate case study and had five days to prepare their analysis, recommendations, and presentation of the case. The case was based on an actual Asian real estate transaction presented by Cornell alumni, Michael Dang, MMH ’07. The University of Hong Kong took second place and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University placed third. The three winners receive an automatic invitation to the Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition (CIRECC) in New York City on November 12-13, 2018. Monetary awards were issued to the winning teams for their trip to New York City to participate in the CIRECC. Congratulations to the top three teams heading to NYC!
