Family business leadership profile: Niki Russ Federman, is the fourth generation CEO and Owner of Russ & Daughters in Manhattan’s Lower East side. Russ & Daughters is the first known business to incorporate with the name “& Daughters” and has been a New York City icon. Niki will share her story growing up in the business, as well as her journey to leadership.
