Event Host Signage
Select screens in each facility are designated for event host signage, which presents brief event-specific information or welcomes attendees to an event.
Event sponsors may request custom signs be posted for the duration of their event. Event host signs will be posted for a half-day minimum.
Please use the event host signage templates specifically designed for this type of signage. Technical note: the aspect ratio for these screens is 16:9, not 4:3 as for other digital signs.
When submitting your slides for scheduling, check the box on the form marked “Event host signage requested” and provide the additional information requested.
