Best Practices
Less Is More
Viewers only have a few seconds to absorb your message. Test if you can read your slide in eight seconds.
Include a Call to Action (CTA)
Direct users to full event details or sign-ups by including a QR code or a short and simple URL.
Aquire Permissions
Do not use trademarked logos or copyrighted images without permission.
Consider Timing
Post event signage no more than 10 days before the event
Avoid Overexposure
Featuring a digital sign for more than one-and-a-half weeks will lose effectiveness. For more advance notice, post your sign for 3-5 days each time.
