The Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship was named for the generous gift from Lee ‘69 and his wife Mary. The Pillsburys’ gift of $15 million to the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration was the largest single gift ever made to the school and one of the largest ever in hospitality education.
