The Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship supports the entrepreneurship curriculum at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration by providing experiential learning opportunities for students and by engaging with stakeholders. The institute offers students and entrepreneurs many opportunities to become engaged—business plan competition, internships, Entrepreneurs in Residence program, industry roundtables, networking socials and an environment to brainstorm and collaborate.

Corporate members of the Pillsbury Institute provide financial support and professional expertise—helping student entrepreneurs fulfill their visions and dreams. Friends, affiliates, and supporters of the institute are instrumental in sustaining the Cornell Nolan School’s hospitality leadership status.
