Management & organizations

As organizations become flatter, more global and more complex, understanding how people work, lead and make decisions within them is more important than ever. Faculty in the management and organizations area study how organizations are designed and led, how individuals and teams behave, and how firms interact with their broader institutional, social and competitive environments. Their research informs leadership practice, organizational strategy and public policy and appears in leading journals across management, psychology, strategy, law and hospitality.
