Teaching, research and leadership
The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business brings together faculty and academic leaders with expertise across finance, economics, marketing, hospitality and management. Their teaching and research examine topics ranging from global financial markets and consumer behavior to sustainability, technology and public policy.
Dean Andrew Karolyi
Andrew Karolyi, dean of the college, is an internationally recognized finance scholar whose research focuses on investment management, sustainable finance and global financial markets. He serves as vice chair of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) advisory board and has published in leading journals including the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics and Review of Financial Studies.
Dean Suzanne Shu
Suzanne Shu, dean of faculty and research, is a behavioral economist and consumer psychologist who studies financial decision-making, retirement planning and consumer behavior. She is a National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) faculty research fellow whose work has appeared in publications including Financial Planning Review and NBER working papers on annuities and Social Security decision-making.

Accounting
