Hospitality Entrepreneurship Roundtable Launches in February
The next Hospitality Entrepreneurship Roundtable, scheduled for February 2015 and produced by the Pillsbury Institute, will delve into several critical issues for entrepreneurs. Topics include the use of franchises as an entrepreneurial approach, and how to recognize market opportunities in the food and beverage industry. The rise of crowd funding opens a new vantage for an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of crowd funding as compared to formal capital infusions. The roundtable will also look at legal considerations for startups, and the future of applications, automation, and 3D printing for the hospitality industry. Chaired by Mona Anita Olsen, visiting assistant professor and assistant academic director of the Pillsbury Institute, the roundtable is by invitation only.
