Veronica is a fourth-generation member of a family that has influenced Venezuela’s agricultural and industrial sectors. With 20 years of experience in stewardship, ownership, and management of family businesses, she understands the complexities of building and reconfiguring a family legacy.

Since 2020, Veronica has been an advisor at Generation6 Family Enterprise Advisors and has served as Chair of the Board for the GEM companies since 2018. Previously, she held significant roles such as Executive Director of the GEM Family Office, Chair of the GEM Family Council and President of La Compañía Humana, a foundation dedicated to enhancing education, community development, music, and environmental awareness in Venezuela.

Earlier in her career, Veronica worked in international business development at Phoenix Home Life Insurance Company in Connecticut and Daichi Life Insurance Company in Tokyo. She holds a degree from Cornell University and completed the EMBA program in Family Business at Kennesaw State University. Veronica is fluent in English and Spanish and conversant in Japanese.
