“Eight trends for the hotel industry in 2012,” a Hotel Yearbook article by Glenn Withiam, Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) director of publications, and Rohit Verma, professor and CHR executive director, examines the most important opportunities and challenges facing the hospitality industry today. Withiam and Verma used insights from both academics and industry practitioners to build the top-eight list, and the information they used came from CHR research studies and roundtables.
