Corporate Relations

Industry support is critical for CHR’s mission of providing research-based knowledge to the hospitality industry and related service businesses.

The center’s research projects and forums are supported by a network of corporate sponsors and associates. Individual and corporate supporters are invited to participate in research projects, corporate partnerships, guest speaker series, roundtables, and other special events.

You and your firm may make an endowment gift online (see giving opportunities) or you can engage with the center at another level. If you are interested in becoming a corporate member of the center, contact hosp_research@sha.cornell.edu.

"Since my time at Cornell, I've had a strong desire to help build a bridge between academic research and industry issues, so that industry can benefit from rigorous research insights, and academia can be inspired to push theory forward. As a board member for the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research, I've been able to make this connection, working with industry peers to identify and explain industry challenges, and maintaining relationships with faculty and students who are working on research-driven answers. It's been meaningful to me both professionally and personally to maintain this strong connection with Cornell, and to continue to build relationships with board members, faculty, staff and students!"
