Biography
Brian Lucas is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a visiting assistant professor of management and organizations at the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. He received his PhD in management and organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His research investigates the psychology of creativity and ethical decision-making, with a focus on helping workers understand and navigate creative and ethical challenges in the workplace.
