Marketing and Management Communication
The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business is the home of world-renowned researchers and teachers in marketing and management communication. Our research addresses a wide range of problems in marketing with specific strengths in services and hospitality marketing, food and eating, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and consumer decision-making. In management communication, research by several of our faculty is setting the standards for teaching managers how to communicate.
We teach a full portfolio of courses in marketing and management communication with a special emphasis on services marketing, action-based immersion courses, brand management, quantitative skills, and food, as well as written and oral management communication.
