Biography
Josh Schwarzberg is a serial entrepreneur and finance executive with a career spanning investment banking, private equity, operations, and company ownership.
He is currently the Founder and CEO of Analyzed Costs, a procurement consulting firm that negotiates contracts on behalf of Fortune 500 companies worldwide, with a specialty in Hospitality.
Josh began his career at Goldman Sachs, in the Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking divisions, before moving into operating roles at MedVance Institute, a post-secondary allied health school business (later acquired by Education Affiliates), and Practice Communications, a digital health company that merged with MDLive. He later worked as an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, focused on distressed asset investing across industries.
That combination of financial and operational experience led him to acquire a document scanning and storage company out of bankruptcy. He led the company through a turnaround and ultimately its sale to Iron Mountain.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University (2001) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2008), where he graduated With Distinction.
