Newsletters

The Cornell Institute for Food and Beverage Management (CIFBM) connects students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners across the restaurant, foodservice, and beverage management spaces. CIFBM is happy to announce the publication of its first newsletter with the goal of increasing these connections. Twice per year, the center will publish a newsletter that showcases current research on topics affecting the food and beverage industry, as well as featuring new reports issued by the center.
