Biography
Cesar is a visiting lecturer in Strategic Decision Modeling at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Cesar has extensive experience, as a practitioner and as a trusted advisor, in the formulation and implementation of Business Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Value Creation, Advanced Analytics as well as the deployment and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI.). for the benefit of Strategy, M&A and Value Creation.
Cesar currently leads the North-American expansion of SEALK, an A.I. Fintech focused on deal sourcing and market insights.
For the previous 5 years, Cesar led a team of data scientists and M&A professionals focused on the use of A.I. tools and advanced analytics to improve the speed and effectiveness of activities throughout the strategy and M&A lifecycle, including sensing, smart discovery, simulations, machine learning-based modeling, automated data collection, fuzzy matching, textual analyses, and natural language processing.
Cesar holds a MS in computer engineering and an MBA. He studied and worked in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
