The Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration continues to affirm its position as the premier hospitality business school. The school was recently acknowledged as first in its field by CEOWORLD Magazine in its “Best Hospitality and Hotel Management Schools in the World for 2024.”

“We’re very pleased to see the Nolan Hotel School’s premier global ranking by CEOWORLD Magazine,” said Kate Walsh, Nolan dean and E.M Statler professor. “This ranking underscores our exceptional educational model, world-class faculty expertise, robust and passionate alumni network, outstanding global academic reputation, and impressive student placements.”

With an overall score of 97.8, the Nolan Hotel School stands among only six programs worldwide to achieve the “AAA” ranking. CEOWORLD Magazine’s data is gathered from public sources, as well as research conducted by the publication, including surveys of 286,000 graduates, industry professionals, employers, and recruiters in 108 territories. Its evaluation criteria encompass various metrics, including perceived global brand influence, recruiter and employer feedback, job placement rates, admission eligibility, specialization, and academic reputation.

“The Nolan School’s recognition as the prominent global leader would not be possible without the dedication, expertise, and leadership of Dean Walsh, as well as the support of our college community,” said Andrew Karolyi, Charles Field Knight dean of the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.

The Nolan School is one of the three schools that comprise the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, each of which has been recognized for excellence in 2024. The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management secured the #9 spot by the Financial Times, while the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management earned the #6 ranking by Poets & Quants for Undergrads earlier this year.
