Biography
Stella is an international career and executive coach, with over 20 years of global experience gained in the UK, Middle East, Asia, EU and US markets, where she lived and supported the unique international career transitions of thousands of executives from various sectors. Her market portfolio includes Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
In her practice, she brings an in-depth knowledge of the EMEA market dynamics, systems psychodynamic executive coaching, practical tactics for personal development, a lot of genuine caring, and a combination of coaching models to offer the methods needed for navigating challenging career journeys at executive level.
She was recognized among the top 50 EMEA career thought leaders, has established a talent development Think Tank in the UAE, won the INSEAD Innovator Award, advises ed-tech founders of the Loyal VC portfolio and served at the Board of the CSDWP Alliance (US). She coaches alumni of top international business schools and private C-level executives.
Stella obtained an MBA from the American College of Greece, a Masters in International Management from the University of Surrey, and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia Greece. She has specialty training including: the INSEAD Executive Coaching Certification, Stanford “Design Your Life” Coach, Occupational Psychological Testing from the British Psychological Society, and a Coaching & Mentoring Certificate from the UK Institute of Leadership & Management.
