Alissa Hendel '07

Biography
Alissa Hendel joined Oracle in 2021 and oversees sales for Oracle Hospitality in North America, including new business, account management and global hotel chains. She also leads the global owner advocacy team, which manages relationships with hotel owners and management companies, including private equity groups, REITs and advisory firms. Oracle Hospitality provides a full technology stack, including property management, point of sale and distribution systems, to more than 45,000 properties worldwide.
Hendel has 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Most recently, Hendel served as senior vice president of strategic partnerships and brands at ALICE, a hospitality operations platform, where she played a key role in the company’s growth and successful sale to private equity. Prior to that, Hendel spent more than a decade at Sabre, a global technology provider connecting travel suppliers and buyers, where she led commercial teams as vice president overseeing strategic sales and enterprise accounts.
She is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration (now the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration) at Cornell University and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board. She also serves on the Cornell Hotel Society Global Board as Northeast regional vice president.
Hendel lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
