Biography

Amber Sherman is founder of Galleon Advisors, a management consulting firm focused on supporting hospitality organizations through operational improvement initiatives. As managing partner, she works with hospitality ownership groups, asset managers and management companies to implement strategies that enhance service delivery, profitability and overall performance. She has more than 20 years of experience working across four continents.

Sherman partners with hotel portfolios and individual properties to improve performance and unlock asset value. Her approach combines data-driven analysis with practical support for organizational change, helping clients strengthen operations, streamline service delivery and improve financial outcomes.

She leads relationships with many of the firm’s largest clients and has developed expertise in designing and executing complex, portfolio-wide programs. Sherman also works closely with independent and boutique properties, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs, including in unionized operating environments.

Since beginning her consulting career in 2007, Sherman has supported a range of hospitality sectors, including hotels and resorts, restaurants, ski and mountain operations, golf clubs, amusement attractions and residential communities. Prior to founding Galleon Advisors, she served as a vice president at Carpedia Hospitality and held roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in labor management and quality.

Sherman is based between New York and Miami.
