Biography
Cynthia Saunders‑Cheatham is an experienced higher‑education leader with deep expertise in student services, career development and organizational management. At Cornell, she oversees a broad portfolio that includes student services, admissions, career management, business minors and master’s programs across the Johnson, Dyson and Nolan schools.
In her role as associate dean, Saunders‑Cheatham acts as a senior liaison between the college and university leadership on matters affecting students, helping shape strategy and ensure a cohesive, high‑quality student experience.
