Biography

Harry C. Katz is the Jack Sheinkman Professor of Collective Bargaining at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. After teaching at MIT, he came to the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1985.
