Biography
Allen Smith is a senior executive with a strong track record of driving growth and scaling global organizations and investment platforms. As president and CEO of Four Seasons, Smith led significant increases in earnings, including record corporate results in 2018, and guided a comprehensive overhaul of the company’s digital strategy. He also expanded the company’s global network through new hotel owner partnerships.
Prior to Four Seasons, Smith led the growth of Prudential Real Estate Investors into a global organization and helped establish a unified investment strategy. He played a key role in the firm’s capital-raising efforts, including securing $5 billion for new investment strategies and significantly increasing assets under management in its flagship fund.
