Jacqueline Grace has more than 20 years of experience developing teams and leading operational growth strategies across the hospitality and financial services industries. Known as a change agent, she has guided organizations through process and operational transformations and is recognized as a strong people leader with a focus on mentoring, coaching and development.
She is currently CEO of Beam Living, where she oversees 750 employees dedicated to making city life happier for more than 30,000 residents in New York City.
Grace joined Beam Living from Caesars Entertainment, where she served as senior vice president and general manager of the Tropicana Atlantic City. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, rising through management roles of increasing responsibility across technology, research, and diversity and inclusion.
She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Stony Brook University.
Grace and her husband enjoy spending time with their children: nine‑year‑old Ryan, an aspiring Lego master, and seven‑year‑old Reagan, who keeps the family entertained.
