Biography

Kevin Jacobs is chief financial officer and president of global development for Hilton, where he leads the company’s finance, real estate, development, and architecture and construction functions globally.

Jacobs joined Hilton in 2008 as senior vice president of corporate strategy; was elected treasurer in 2009; was named executive vice president and chief of staff in 2012; became chief financial officer in 2013; and assumed the additional role of president of global development in 2020.

Prior to Hilton, he served as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions and treasurer at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Before that, Jacobs spent seven years at Host Hotels & Resorts, ultimately serving as vice president of corporate strategy and investor relations. Earlier in his career, he held roles in the hospitality consulting practice at PwC and the hospitality valuation group at Cushman & Wakefield.

Jacobs serves on the board of directors of Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust that supports skilled nursing and assisted living operators. He also serves on the boards of Goodwill of Greater Washington and the Federal City Council, where he is a trustee and member of the executive committee. In addition, Jacobs is a member of the Cornell University Council, the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and the executive committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

He is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration (now the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration) at Cornell University.
