Biography
Shiying joined the Management and Organizations group at Johnson in 2022. Her research focuses on sustainability, innovation, and strategy. Before Cornell, she earned a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She also worked as a research analyst at the World Resources Institute and the International Monetary Fund.
