Biography
Youchung Kwon joined the M&O Ph.D program at Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2022. Her research lies at the intersection of Strategy and Organization Theory. Specifically, her research interests are organizational status, institutionalism, and social network analysis. Before joining Cornell, she finished her B.A and M.S in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
