Curriculum overview
In this program, students complete 16 online courses across core business and hospitality disciplines, including finance, leadership, operations, human resources and marketing. Elective coursework allows students to deepen expertise in areas such as hospitality analytics, digital strategy, revenue management and real estate.
The curriculum emphasizes applied learning, combining academic theory with practical industry application. Most courses are seven weeks long and include both asynchronous coursework and weekly live sessions. Students also complete a capstone project and may participate in a residency experience on our Ithaca campus.
