Undergraduate minor options
We offer two distinct real estate minors, with academic experiences driven by your end goal; both programs require at least sophomore status. Whether you’re a student within SC Johnson College or coming from another program on campus, there’s an option for you.
Real estate minor for BHA students
Custom-built for Hotelies, minor is rooted in hospitality real estate. You’ll have the flexibility to choose electives that align with your professional goals, from facilities design to land use law.
Real estate minor for all Cornell undergraduate students
Designed for students of any major, this addition of this minor adds value to your degree with coursework in real estate finance, investments, management and development – plus a wide range of electives to explore.
