Brittney Blackmon, Two-Year MBA ’20

Brittney Blackmon, MBA ’20, was an Emerging Markets Institute Fellow at Johnson. Prior to pursuing her MBA, she worked in wine and spirits field sales and marketing in New York City for iconic brands such as Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, and Jose Cuervo. Brittney interned for the world’s third-largest spirits company, Beam Suntory, with their best-selling bourbon brand, Jim Beam. She will be returning for a full-time position as an associate brand manager. During the spring 2020 semester, Brittney studied luxury brand management abroad at ESSEC Business School in France as part of an international exchange program. Brittney is from Durham, North Carolina and holds a BBA in marketing from Howard University.
