Biography

Nate Cook is a visiting lecturer at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, teaching entrepreneurship, commercialization, early-stage finance, and venture capital transactions.

In addition to Cornell, Cook is also partner at Klausner Cook, PLLC. He represents businesses and individuals connected to a wide array of corporate, finance, real estate, and intellectual property transactions. Cook regularly advises companies on raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, the purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate, financial transactions, corporate governance, and the protection and licensing of intellectual property assets.
