Food Lab

Located in Statler Hall rooms 280 and 290, the Food Service Management Laboratory is for the exclusive use of Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration students and faculty.

Facility Details

  • Use: Academic coursework and research
  • Capacity: 25
  • Cost: $1,200, half day; $2,400, full day
  • Availability: The Food Lab is available for reservation during the summer, winter, and spring breaks on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of two weeks of notice is required for all reservations. A certificate of insurance must be provided by the reservation holder to the Cornell University Risk Management Office.
