MBA students are confronted with difficult leaps of faith as we explore careers and look for our dream jobs. Johnson challenges me to think even bigger.

With my MBA, I’ll be able to react to the changing paradigms in global business—helping The Estee Lauder Companies maintain its leadership and prestige.

Students at Johnson have found endless opportunities to leave our school and the Ithaca community better than when they arrived here.

Throughout my training to become a professor, and during the course of my life, I have been inspired by those who dedicate their lives to teaching others.

I’m starting to fully appreciate of all the learnings I’ve gathered from this program and community, which remind me why all the struggles were worth it.

This year, my team and I are absolutely thrilled to bring home the Jack M. Ferraro Trophy. We are elated and overwhelmed to represent Johnson.

In my experience as a veteran in the Executive MBA Americas program at Cornell, Johnson is similar to the Marines in that it’s creating great leaders.

I certainly don’t know where I will be in another ten years. What I can say is, between the military and my MBA, I feel prepared for whatever comes next.

I grew up in a predominantly black neighborhood and most of my best friends are black—this was a moment when my communities met.
