The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business Career Development Center is committed to partnering with companies and organizations to recruit a diverse pool of candidates. We recognize the strong correlation between diverse teams and strong financial performance, and we expect our recruiting partners to share that commitment.

Recruiter visits

Employers planning an on-campus visit to the Nolan School will find everything needed to plan their trip below. If you experience travel delays affecting your recruiting visit, please email Employer Relations.

Getting to Ithaca

If your travel origin is more than 4 hours from Ithaca, we recommend flying or taking a train. Note that rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc.) will not service trips from Syracuse, Binghamton, Elmira, Rochester, or any travel depot more than 15–20 miles away — plan a rental car or pre-arranged taxi for those airports.

Accommodations

The Statler Hotel, part of the Nolan School, sits at the center of Cornell University. It offers a recruiter discount and provides transportation to/from Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. Use this booking link to access the recruiter rate.

Additional lodging options in national chains and local B&Bs are available nearby. The Ithaca Tompkins Convention and Visitors Bureau maintains a full list, many of which offer airport and campus transportation.

Parking on campus

Visitor parking is very limited. On-campus Parkmobile daily decision lots are available — the closest to Statler Hall is the 1st floor of Hoy Parking Garage. For more information visit the Cornell Transportation website.
