Order your cap and gown
Wearing the cap, gown and tassel is traditional and required for participation in the procession and both university and individual school ceremonies. You can order your cap and gown through The Cornell Store. Your cap and gown are yours to keep—there is no need to return them.

Cornell’s Office of Commencement Events maintains the official university Commencement information for students, families, faculty, staff and volunteers. Use the university Commencement website for the full weekend schedule, ceremony details, accommodations, dining, parking, mobility assistance, announcement cards, livestreams, electronic programs and other event information.
