Strategy & Consulting Immersion
For aspiring management consultants, the breadth of potential engagements and the range of skills employed within the industry can be both exciting and intimidating.
You will build the mindsets, behaviors, and skills to succeed on a wide range of consulting engagements, regardless of whether you are working for a large consultancy, in a specialized boutique, or within a Fortune 500 company. The strategy and consulting immersion will prepare you to hit the ground running as a consultant or internal strategist.

Strategy & Consulting Immersion curriculum
The SCI curriculum was informed by extensive research with consulting partners, learning and development staff, and recruiting professionals.
The SCI Practicum
The SCI Practicum is the heart of this immersion and consists of three, complementary parts:
Small-group case discussions to improve your problem-solving, business acumen, and influence through the exploration of common strategic issues
Hands-on training to help you develop a foundation of core consulting skills, including client management, primary and secondary research, and synthesis and storytelling
Independent research projects to apply and refine your skills while building confidence in your ability to add value on day one
Additional SCI coursework
To supplement the SCI Practicum, you will also complete coursework in managerial accounting, advanced decision modeling, operations, and analytics.
Elective guidance
After completing the SCI, you will receive tailored guidance on how to customize your second-year electives to further support your career across the following areas:
